1 Declaration on the duty to inform
The privacy and protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, DSG, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
1.1 Visit our website
When you visit our website, only data that records user behaviour when visiting the website is collected. This includes, for example Start and end of the session, heatmap data (clicks on links or page areas, page navigation) bounce rate, account creation, account activity, any ratings, playing media, sharing content on social media, adding to your favourites. Customer data (name, address, UID, contact persons, birthdays, etc.) are managed centrally and are only used for order processing. User interactions (sending messages, creating contacts, etc.) are logged and displayed in the user area of the website under Activity log. These are deleted again after 90 days. The customer's messages are displayed in the user area for 60 days and then also deleted. The attachment is not saved. There is therefore a legitimate interest in all data processing operations within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Unless otherwise specified below, we will not process this data any further.
1.2 You get in touch with us
If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. The data will be stored by us until the pre-contractual measures have been completed or a resulting order has been placed. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit b GDPR.
2 Data security
2.1 Appropriate organisational and technical precautions are taken to protect your personal data. Notwithstanding this, however, it cannot be ruled out that information that you disclose to us via the Internet may be viewed and used by other persons. Please note that we therefore accept no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorised access by third parties.
2.2 We endeavour to ensure that data breaches are detected at an early stage and, if necessary, reported immediately to you or the competent supervisory authority, taking into account the respective data categories affected.
3 Transmission of data to third parties
3.1 n order to fulfil your mandate, it may be necessary to forward your data to third parties (e.g. opposing parties or other advisors), courts or authorities. Your data will only be forwarded on the basis of the GDPR, in particular to fulfil your order or on the basis of your prior consent.
3.2 Some of the recipients of your personal data mentioned above are located outside your country or process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not be the same as in Austria. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or we take measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection (e.g. standard contractual clauses (2010/87/EC and/or 2004/915/EC).

5 Web analysis
5.1 Our website uses functions of web analysis services. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider's server and stored there. The user data is stored for the duration of the storage period of the respective web analysis services.
Further information about these web analysis services, such as Name, company of the provider and information on whether your data is transferred to a non-European third country can be found in our detailed privacy policy.
You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. The exception to this is the use of IP addresses on the legal basis of ‘legitimate interest’; in this case, pseudonymisation is recommended. Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymised (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localisation is possible.
The relationship with non-European web analytics providers is based on the standard contractual clauses and an adequacy decision of the European Commission (e.g. in the case of the USA: ‘Privacy Shield’).
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR is the improvement of our offer and our website.
6 Social networks & external links
6.1 In addition to this website, we also maintain presences in social media (e.g. XING and LinkedIn), which you can reach via corresponding links on our website. If you visit such a presence, personal data may be transmitted to the provider of the social network. It is possible that, in addition to the storage of the specific data you enter in this social medium, further information may also be processed by the provider of the social network (e.g. IP address, browser version including plug-ins, etc.).
6.2 XING
When you visit our website, a connection to the XING server (Dammtorstraße 30, Hamburg 20354, Germany) is established. You can find more detailed information about XING's data protection at: Datenschutz bei XING
6.3 LinkedIn
When you visit our website, a connection to the LinkedIn server (LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) is established. Further details on the collection of data and your legal options as well as setting options can be found at http://www.linkedin.com/static?key=privacy_policy&trk=hb_ft_priv
6.4 We would also like to point out that our website contains further links to external third-party websites, whereby we have no influence on the processing of data on these third-party websites.
We would like to point out that the personal data transmitted by you or the personal data of your customers is necessary for the fulfilment of our contract, as we cannot provide our contractually agreed service without this data. No guarantee is given that the personal data transmitted to us by third parties has been obtained unlawfully - without compliance with an authorisation requirement of Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR. It is also not possible for us to check this.
7 Data processing in third countries
7.1 In order to further optimise our website, we may make use of service providers whose headquarters are located in third countries. Of course, you can prevent this by rejecting cookies or by changing the settings on your end device. However, if you give your consent under data protection law, you yourself assume the risk of unlawful data processing by the third-party company. Please refer to the respective privacy policy of the third-party company.
